    The third Funday which sees the church and the school working together for the community.

    Bring a picnic and join us for an open air service followed by an exciting afternoon of various stalls, children’s activities, refreshments and Arena events throughout the day.

    Walking Treasure Hunt 2018

    This annual team event is set up by our churchwarden, Hugh. It provides a fantastic day out and is ideal for families, regular walkers and anyone capable of covering the distance over easy-moderate terrain.

    The eighth walking treasure hunt is based around the beautiful setting of Ranmore Common and Westhumble, with a brief visit to the vines of Denbies and the grounds of Polesden Lacey! It will be approximately 6 miles of walking and clue hunting with lunch around half distance at The Stepping Stones in Westhumble.

    This is an event not to be missed, so get involved and sign up on the list at the back of church or sign-up online now.

    Unlock London Walk 2018
    Unlock London Walk

    The next (35th) Unlock London Walk will take place in the Tottenham area of North London and is a great way to help raise funds for this Christian charity

    We are currently still 18th on the list of amount raised out of 34 churches (who sent in their sponsorship as a group).

    A group from St Matthew’s will be joining congregations from all over the country again as we raise funds for churches in the Inner City. During the 8 mile walk we visit local churches, hearing about their work and exploring the area. This is always a great day out. We travel together and will aim to leave from church at 9am. Sign up sheets will be in church at Easter.

    Listen to the magnificent voices of the wonderful Epsom Male Voice Choir as they perform a concert for us in church. All proceeds are in support of our Tower Fund Project. Just come along on the evening.

    Parish Quiet Day

    Held in the beautiful setting of St Margaret’s, Chipstead - led by Rev’d Kathryn Percival.

    The day will be a Godly Play Quiet Day, using this method of storytelling to help us discover more about God through time, space, words, silence and wondering.

    Sign the list in church if you would like to come. Bring a packed lunch. Drinks provided. £7 per person. We can help with transport.
