Saturday 23 June 2018
11am – 4pm
This free workshop, led by Rev. Iain McKillop, aims at finding spirituality through the way art represents nature in the garden.
The workshop will focus on Samuel Palmer, with additional discussion of works by Blake and Linnell.
Be inspired by the mysticism that can be found within the paintings discussed and then find your own inspiration in our Quiet Garden. There’s no need to be an artist to appreciate this, and this is not a day of art history.
You may like to bring along any art or art materials you value for its spirituality, and perhaps a pad for any drawing or writing you are inspired to start.
Buffet lunch | PLACES LIMITED, PLEASE BOOK | Adults only
